While the Reset & Revitalize program can help anyone looking to change their health for the better, one particular group that we've seen have success are people experiencing hormone changes: women in perimenopause or menopause. These women typically have weight starting to accumulate around the midsection, and it gets more difficult to lose. They begin to cut calories and work out for longer, but they're not seeing results. They feel tired, stressed, and defeated.
The Reset & Revitalize program has helped these women because I've built it to incorporate a number of strategies that are supportive of hormone balance, like keto-paleo meal plans, burst workouts, and stress management techniques. What Does "Reset & Revitalize" Mean?
The program is called "Reset & Revitalize" because we're resetting our hormones, metabolism, and habits to give the body the opportunity to heal and thrive. Here's an analogy:
If you think about when your electronics go on the fritz and aren’t working right, sometimes the way to resolve the issues is to reset them to factory settings. With this style of program, we’re working in multiple ways (with diet, exercise, stress-management, and other techniques, like intermittent fasting) to "reset" our hormones and metabolism to our factory settings—so they function better. We’re attempting to remove the obstacles so we can lower inflammation; we're providing our bodies the internal environment needed to heal and thrive.
When I talk about living a revitalized life, I envision one in which you flourish. You're full of energy, and you feel balanced, confident, and strong. Living life revitalized means feeling the best you have ever felt. My Reset & Revitalize program will help get you there.
