Meet Dr. Nicole
Hey there! I’m Dr. Nicole, and I’m thrilled you decided to stop by.
My passion is helping women who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and insecure about their health to navigate the confusing maze of health trends. I seek to understand your struggles and help you address the root cause of the problem rather than just masking the symptoms.
I’ll equip you with the tools you need to transform your health whether it’s by giving you my honest educated opinion on health trends or providing customized, targeted strategies on how to live a longer, healthier life. My goal is for you to get back on track and feel better than ever so you can enjoy what matters most in life. Live life revitalized!
Nicole Maholy, DC, CNS, LDN, MS
Founder & Clinic Director
Growing up, Dr. Nicole always knew she wanted to change people’s lives. Combining this intention with her love for health and wellness, she realized that helping people to optimize their health was the best way for her to make a positive impact. She pursued the path of higher education and obtained a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences in 2008.
Less than a year later, she founded Remedy LLC, a wellness center in the Chicagoland area. Although initially she specialized in pain management and chiropractic care, her practice led her to discover her true passion in functional medicine and nutrition. She went on to obtain a master’s degree in this field from the University of Western States and became a Certified Nutrition Specialist and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist.
In 2018, Dr. Nicole discontinued musculoskeletal care and is now focused solely on functional medicine and nutrition. She expanded Remedy to a virtual-only format and provides video and phone health consultations to her clients. She’s living out her dream to help women who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and insecure transform their health and live life revitalized.
When Dr. Nicole isn’t working with clients, she’s likely drinking coffee, eating keto/paleo, doing HIIT workouts, dreaming about world travel, or exploring Chicago with her husband, Dr. Chris.
